Terms of use

1. Using the Service

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the extension for personal or professional purposes, in line with these terms and the rules of the store you got it from (such as the Chrome Web Store).

You agree not to:

• use the Service in a way that breaks the law or the terms of the websites you use it on;
• copy, modify, resell or redistribute the Service, except as the law allows;
• reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
• interfere with the Service or use it to harm others.

2. Your content

What you save with the extension belongs to you. It is stored on your device, so you are responsible for keeping backups (for example, with the export feature). How we handle data is described in our privacy policy.

3. Price and changes

The Service is free. We may improve, change or discontinue the Service or some of its features. If we ever introduce paid features, we will show the price and terms clearly before you buy.

4. Information from other websites

The extension works with websites run by others. We are not responsible for those websites, their content or their terms. Information the extension shows you, such as prices, comes from those websites and may be incomplete or out of date. Always check the price and terms on the seller’s website before you buy.

5. The blog

Blog guides and articles are general information, written with care but with no guarantee that they are complete or still current when you read them. They are not professional advice. Brand and product names belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. If an article ever includes affiliate links or sponsored content, we will say so clearly.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, the Knowdelia and busca.click names, logos and designs, and the text of this website are owned by KNOWDELIA S.R.L. or its licensors. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond the licence above.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KNOWDELIA S.R.L. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Ending these terms

You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or end your licence if you seriously break these terms. Sections 2, 6, 7, 8 and 10 continue after the licence ends.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and for significant changes we will give notice in the extension or on this website. These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, or to your right to go to the courts where you live.
